Fixed or mobile gantry press

We manufacture presses with fixed or mobile gantry up to 1000 tons of thrust and machines with higher capacity can be made on request. Thanks to the solid construction, and with the necessary equipment, the presses can be used for the following operations: Fixed gantry presses complete with the manipulator: they are used for the forming of dished bottoms used by the producers of tanks and pressure vessels; presses with mobile gantry: they can be used for straightening and bending of sheets, straightening of welded structures and steel castings, straightening and bending of rods and tubes, initial bending of sheets for preparing for rolling.

Manipulator

The manipulator is a independent equipment that acts as a slave to the press for the production of dished bottoms. The manipulator performs all movements in synchronism with the hydraulic cylinder of the press. The movements can be simultaneous or single and their logical sequence determines a cycle for the execution of dished bottoms for tanks starting from sheet metal discs.

Dishing heads production line model HFM

The flanging machine for dished heads, model HFM, is a fully hydraulic machine for the production of edges on flat or convex bottoms for tanks. Our production range reaches thicknesses up to 40 mm and 6000 mm in diameter. The HFM flanging machine can be equipped with or without a central hole and the operator can follow the work process step-by-step on the operator panel. 

Our machines are characterized by a very sturdy structure in electro-welded steel, subjected to stress relieving heat treatment and sandblasting treatment to eliminate the tension caused by welding.
