CROMO
Electrode for joint welding on boiler and pipe steel as well as on similar chromium-molybdenumalloyed, pressure-hydrogen-resistant steel, especially for the steel 13CrMo4-5 at working temperatures of up to 550 °C. It is in particular suitable for root welding. Further, this rod electrode is suitable for joint welding and surfacing on similar-alloyed case-hardened and heat-treated steel.
FIDUR 350
The electrode Fidur 350 is suited for surfacing on machine parts made from unalloyed and low-alloyed metalls and which are subject to roll and rolling contact wear with dragged or crushing load, e.g railways, switch parts, running wheels and runways, worms, shafts, gear parts. The weld metal is still machinable.
KJELCUT
The Kjelcut cutting electrode is a coated stick electrode for cutting all alloyed and unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals, cast iron and cast steel. During the process, through the oxidation of the coating raw materials the Kjelcut develops such a high gas pressure, that the liquid base material of the workpiece is pressed out. Kjelcut is a good alternative to other simple cutting processes, such as for example cutting with an angle grinder or flame cutting, even with larger plate thicknesses. Processing without auxiliary materials and the low cost of equipment makes the cutting and piercing of holes with the Kjelcut an efficient and cost-effective solution on building sites, for processing scrap and at assembly sites.
DUOWELD
Due to its excellent welding properties and easy handling, the double coated stick electrode DUOWELD is suitable as a universal welding filler metal in all areas of industry and trade.
The special structure of the electrode with two coating materials with different properties combines the advantages of a rutile coating with the high strength values of basic electrodes. A concentrated and stable arc is the basis for the outstanding for the excellent suitability for constrained layers and for X-ray safe root layers.
TITAN
Titan Rot is an electrode for a wide range of applications in mecanical engineering, pipeline and container construction and ship building. It is characterised by excellent ignition, a smooth arc and low spatter. The electrode Titan Rot provides a smooth, finely rippled seam surface, flat concave fillets and self-lifting slag.
Trumpf
Trumpf is the electrode for joint welding at very high welding speed in mechanical engineering, steel construction and ship building. It is especially suited for cover passes. This stick electrode is characterised by fine drop transfer, flat concave fillets and easy slag removal.
KOMPLEX W
With a molybdenum content of 0.4 % the electrode Komplex W is especially suited for steel 16Mo3 in boiler, container and pipeline construction. It provides a smooth, finely rippled and notch-free seam surface. This stick electrode is very well suited for root welding.
Impuls
With a molybdenum content of 0.4 % in the all-weld metal, the electrode Impuls is suited for steel 16Mo3. By adding a low nickel content this stainless steel electrode is tough at low temperatures up to -30 °C. It is especially suited for pipe steel and high-strength fine grained steel.
FICAST Ni
The nickel electrode Ficast Ni is suited for cold-welding of grey cast iron, malleable iron and cast steel as well as for welding on fatigued casted parts. It is also suited for the removal of blowholes and the repair of processing defects. The electrode Ficast Ni has excellent welding properties even with low amperages. It produces a smooth, intensive flow and low spatter. The slag can be easily removed. The seam surface is soft and also at the transition zone machinable.
MET-OX
Met-Ox is an electrode for cutting of all unalloyed and alloyed steel grades as well as non-ferrous metal, cast steel and cast iron.
AQUAWELD
The rutile-basic-coated special-purpose electrode has a non-conductive and water-repellent coating for manual wet underwater welding. It is suited for assembly and repair welding in up to 20 m water depth for offshore and harbour construction, shipbuilding, and steel hydraulic engineering. High-quality welds require appropriate weld preparation, well-trained personnel, and compliance with recognised standards of good practice.
Optimal
Optimal is an electrode for welding unalloyed and low-alloyed steels. It is especially suited for welding thin sheets and thin-walled pipes and profiles. The electrode is characterised by fine drop transfer, low spatter, very finely rippled seam surfaces without undercutting and easy slag removal. Ignition, re-ignition and welding is also possible with low current. The arc is smooth and stable.
GARANT
Garant is a general purpose basic electrode with medium-fine drop transfer and excellent welding properties for joint welding of unalloyed and low-alloyed steels in mechanical engineering, steel and boiler construction and ship building. It is especially suitef for welding in constrained positions. It is also suited for steels with higher phosphor, sulfur and carbon content because of the high ability for desoxidation and the low gas content of the weld metal. The special coating provides for low moisture absorption (LMA type).
MOB
With a molybdenum content of 0.4 % in the all-weld metal, the electrode MoB is especially suited for steel 16Mo3. Typical application areas are boiler, container and pipeline construction at working temperatures of up to 520 °C.

KJELCUT-AQUA
Coated special-purpose electrode with an electrically non-conductive and water-repellent protective coating for underwater cutting of all steel grades. Suited for working underwater in the offshore industry, in harbor construction, shipbuilding and hydroelectric engineering. During processing, the electrode produces a high gas pressure due to the oxidation of coating raw materials, thus causing the molten base material to be driven out. This guarantees smooth and clean cuts. The molten and adhering base material can be removed easily with a chipping hammer. The electrode is suited for producing short separating cuts cost-efficiently and for cutting holes.
